I like em long, salty and.....

She says;

....SPICY!!
It's a warm Thursday afternoon.
I've decided to fry some banana fritters or otherwise known as pisang goreng!



This Malay snack of goreng pisang (banana fritters) have found fans from all races in Singapore.
The deep-frying helps caramelize the natural sugars in the bananas, making them even sweeter than before. Some Chinese versions have unusually delicate and puffy batter.
I love mine crunchy and served with salty soy sauce mixed with cili padi,
Johor style and a cup of hot tea.
The taste is a lil sweet, salty, spicy...yum!
